Leah and Stephen had such a fun group of loved ones gather for their Inn at Wild Rose Hall wedding! Despite the sporadic rain showers, especially the hilariously timed one that almost ruined their first look, it was a beautiful day! They were married under the most gorgeous canopy of live oak trees by Stephen’s dad. Is it just me or are those the coolest trees that exist? They made a beautiful backdrop for their ceremony and first dance. The Inn at Wild Rose Hall is a wonderful venue outside of Austin. For those couples who want to stay overnight with their bridal party and have a mini destination wedding, it’s perfect!
Leah put together the cutest details inspired by the city where they met, New Orleans! Details are one of my favorite parts of a wedding to photograph, so I was in heaven with these creative details! Instead of bouquets, her bridesmaids carried copper geometric sculptures embellished with seeded eucalyptus. So creative, and so gorgeous against their rose gold sequin gowns!
Leah’s flowers were so wild and interesting, I was definitely obsessed with her bouquet! Ben White Florist in Austin killed it!
Carlton, Leah and Stephen’s corgi was almost the best dog/man for his mom and dad but instead gave up the honor to be the dapper ring bearer! As you can see, he took his responsibilities very seriously.
Thanks to Facetime, Leah’s grandparents were able to “attend” and watch their sweet granddaughter get married! It was such a sweet way to include them and everyone waved to them at the beginning of the ceremony! : )
Leah and Stephen, I was so honored to be the one documenting your amazing day! We wish you the very best and know you’ll have an amazing marriage! Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Kahn!!
