Y’all!  Michaela’s urban senior portraits might be my new favorite, plus she is one my favorite girls ever!  I pretty much want to be her when I grow up! ; ) And don’t even get me started on her hair!!!! #hairenvy!   I can’t even handle the fact that 4 years ago I was taking Michaela’s 8th grade portraits for River Oaks Baptist and now she’s a high school senior at Memorial!!!  WHAT?!  How did that happen!?!  What’s even more fun is that after her 8th grade year, she interned for me during her summer break and we got to hang out everyday!  She is the sweetest little introvert you’ll ever meet and it has just been an honor to get to know her and  document all of these big moments in her life!

If you are in Houston then you know just how much rain has been coming in so of course, it was raining on the day of our session.  Michaela and her sweet mom came over to our apartment so we could at least get enough for Michaela to have a pretty yearbook photo! : )  While the sunshine is usually a must in all of my photos, I was really excited going through all of these.  It definitely forced me to step outside of my usual box.  : ) Here are a few of my faves of this gorgeous girl!
