When Kellan (the hubby) and I met with these two lovebirds back in the spring it didn’t take long to realize how amazing Matt and Mallory are! Not to mention, how amazing their Houston Forest Club wedding would be! Every little detail sounded dreamy and we loved getting to hear their sweet story.

All you need is a few minutes with Mallory and Matt to see how great they are together. Mallory’s sweet, thoughtfulness is matched perfectly by Matt’s selflessness and fun personality!

Being two of the sweetest people we’ve ever met, they truly compliment each other so well! We were so honored to document their elegant and modern garden wedding.

Most of Matt’s family is here but Mallory’s family and friends traveled from all over to be with this sweet couple on their big day! You could just FEEL the love, y’all!

It reminded me of our wedding in so many ways. Having everyone you love in one place is so special. I know Matt and Mallory truly soaked it all in! Here’s a little peek into their elegant garden wedding!

Art by Neiman put together a gorgeous invitation suite complete with a custom map to help guide guests from Houston’s Second Baptist to the Forest Club.

Getting Ready at Hotel ZaZa Memorial City

I actually think the new Hotel ZaZa in Memorial City was made for Mallory’s wedding day! This gorgeous soft blue armoire matched her soft blue wedding colors. Every last detail in there fit perfectly with her wedding scheme.

Mallory found her wedding dress at Weddings by Debbie, a popular Houston bridal boutique. If you think her wedding dress is stunning just wait until you see it on her!

You can’t go wrong with a soft blush Mrs. Box for your bridal details!

Matt’s family owns Houston’s U.S. Coins and Jewelry so it’s safe to say Mallory’s jewelry couldn’t have been more perfect! And how cool is Matt’s rose gold ring?!

There’s no better way to welcome out of town guests than with Texas-sized welcome bags full of southern treats!

First Look with Dad

This is one tradition I’ll never get tired of! Schedule the time to have a private first look with your dad in your wedding timeline. I promise it’ll be worth it. It’s such a special moment that can otherwise be rushed.

While I photograph the bride getting ready, Kellan sticks with the groom to grab all the fun, candids of him with his guys.

I’m always over the moon when we get to work with Maggie from Bramble & Bee! Her florals are so stunning and whimsical but this little garland she made for Moonie (Matt and Mallory’s pup) was cuteness overload!

I know how much Moonie means to these two so it only made sense for him to make an appearance on his parent’s wedding day!

When you walked by this stunning wedding cake by Becca Cakes you could smell how delicious it was going to be!

I fell in love with this custom neon of their last name by Sketch + Etch Neon. I’m pretty sure I’m going to find a reason to order a fun sign from them for our new house!

These details, y’all! I was in love!

First Dance at The Houston Forest Club

Y’all, their first dance was EPIC! They both brought the moves and spins were out of this world! Way to go, Mallory & Matt!

I’m pretty obsessed with the classy addition of the black and white checkered dance floor by Mike’s Dance Floors. It really adds so much to their already awesome wedding vibe!

Drywater Band brings it every. Single. TIME! They are truly one of the best wedding bands we’ve ever seen!

They ended the wedding with a bang with this fun confetti exit!
