This elegant St. Martin’s Episcopal Church wedding ceremony followed by the most stunning Houstonian wedding reception might be one of our favorite Houston weddings of all time! Anytime the girls from Keely Thorne Events are involved, we know the wedding is going to be a show stopper!
I know we say it all the time but our Cotton couples are truly so sweet! Adelaide and Ben are no exception! I swear they both have a heart of gold, y’all. It’s so clear why they work so well together. They are the perfect pair, always putting the other before themselves!
From their engagements last fall to bridals in the spring and then their gorgeous wedding weekend, I really felt like I got to know them so well! We couldn’t be happier for this wonderful couple!
It’s true that you attract what you are! Every family member, friend, and wedding vendor was beyond incredible just like Adelaide and Ben! Spending their wedding weekend with them was truly such an honor!
Adelaide even went out of her way to give ME a gift on HER wedding day! I was beyond blown away by her thoughtfulness! She found these adorable matching “photographer assistant” outfits for our girls since she knew I was pregnant with baby girl #2! I can’t wait for Emery to get here so we can put the girls in them ALL the time!
We love photographing rehearsal dinners because it gives us a chance to really get to know both sides of the family and the wedding party before the big day!
Between the sentimental slideshow and the thoughtful, tear-jerking toasts, I think everyone was a little emotional!
Complete with a guacamole bar, authentic Texas BBQ, and mini pecan pies, Armadillo Palace made for a perfect rehearsal dinner venue for this sweet southern couple!
How adorable are these wedding weekend favors for all the guests?
The girls got ready at Adelaide’s aunt’s beautiful home, just down the street from the church. These sweet bridesmaid gifts and welcome baskets really show Adelaide’s incredible thoughtfulness!
On top of the incredible jewelry and gifts for her wedding party, Adelaide also had these custom Starbucks cups made for each girl with “bridesmaid” on it!
She even had one for me with “wedding photographer” on it! I’m telling you she might be the most thoughtful bride on the planet! LOVE her!
Adelaide had one of her dad’s t-shirts sewn into her wedding dress so she could have a piece of him with her on this special day!
I can’t get over how happy they both look! Truly, you will see these smiles throughout the whole day when they look at each other! It was the best part of the day!
Every little detail of their gorgeous southern Houstonian wedding had us swooning but these socks were the icing on the cake, y’all! Their wedding day was the 50th anniversary of the man landing on the moon! How cool is that?!
Every detail of this gorgeous wedding was planned perfectly by Elle Inglish of Keely Thorne Events! The whole Keely Thorne team goes above and beyond for every single wedding! They are truly Houston’s top wedding planners!
Maria Maxit with Maxit Florals really outdid herself with these pup topiaries and gorgeous hanging florals in the Houstonian Ballroom!
You can’t have a true southern affair without crab cakes and pies, right?!
Drywater Band always puts on a one-of-a-kind show that blows away every wedding crowd!
You can’t have a Houstonian wedding without taking photos out by their gorgeous oak tree!
From the incredible band performance to the late-night tacos to the confetti drop, this wedding had it ALL! Even including Barbara Bush’s chocolate chip cookies as favors for everyone!
This is one wedding trend I hope sticks around for a LONG time, the private last dance!
This is one wedding we know the guests (and us!) will never forget!
Adelaide and Ben, y’all are so perfect together and we couldn’t be happier for you! What an honor it was to be a part of this perfectly southern, elegant wedding!
We can’t wait to see what beautiful things come your way!
